Westfield Milano is set to be Italy’s largest and most iconic retail, dining and leisure destination in Italy. Strategically positioned in Segrate, just 10 minutes from Linate airport, and 25 minutes from the city centre, Westfield Milano across close to 200,000 sqm will feature the best Italian and international retailers for a total of nearly 400 stores including luxury, restaurants, cinemas, leisure and entertainment. It will include parking for approximately 10,000 cars along with the latest in digital technology and tourism services.
Westfield Milano will attract first to Italy retailers including French luxury department store, Galeries Lafayette which will open its first department store in Italy. It will feature Italy’s number one cinema group, UCI which will open a 16-screen cinema with 2,500 seats including a luxury dining experience. Westfield Milano will house six new stores from Inditex including Zara, Zara Home, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull & Bear and Oysho. It will also feature retailers from Gruppo Coin including the premium department store, Coin Excelsior and a OVS flagship store.
Although Milan has one of the highest per capita retail spends in Europe, it has a major under-supply of quality shopping centres. Westfield Milano offers shopping centre spread over 60,000 sqm, presenting a compelling and new opportunity for retailers.
Westfield Milano is a joint venture between URW, one of the world’s leading global shopping centre groups which owns 75% of the development, along with Stilo Immobiliare Finanziaria (operating through Arcus Real Estate branch).
