Pavlina manages talent development, recruitment and social initiatives in the Central Europe and Austria.

“For me, working at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield means learning new skills and taking on new projects on a daily basis. Every morning I come to work expecting the unexpected. The announcement of the Westfield deal, for instance, came as a real surprise. Besides, the acquisition opened up many opportunities for mobility, which is crucial for us at Human Resources.

2018 was particularly special for me because I was supported by an amazing team. They look out for and support each other. People here do not simply want to succeed, they aim at exceeding expectations. It is a great pleasure, and a real motivation, to work with such dedicated, driven and inspiring individuals. Another source of pride is the teams’ engagement in the Group’s social initiatives. We have achieved great things together, like helping underprivileged people find jobs through our job dating events, or renovating Kindergarten in Prague, Single Mother’s House in Warsaw and SOS Kinderdorf in Vienna.”
