URW develops and operates premium sustainable places in the most dynamic cities in Europe and the United States. To champion our mixed-use destinations and development projects, we are looking for a wide range of skills and profiles across a dozen countries able to contribute to our dynamic business.

We invite you to take the lead and co-create sustainable places. Urban regeneration and the transformation of retail is our playground. What role would you like to play in this?
Broaden your horizon
At URW, opportunities to explore new roles and responsibilities are offered to those with drive and a commitment to excellence. We see internal movement and international mobility as cornerstones for further growth. We encourage employees to take on new challenges beyond their day-to-day scope and we proactively pursue job rotations and international postings.
One out of every 10 team members changed roles in 2023, either through career progression, job rotation, or international mobility. In 2023, we facilitated 340+ employee promotions, 245+ internal moves and 165+ IGP rotations.
Curiosity, activated.
The learning journey at URW is designed to achieve sustainable personal and professional development. Through training and the learning tools we make available to all employees, we encourage fresh thinkers to explore their curiosities and pursue the areas of our industry that catch their attention.
Formed in 1995, the URW Academy exists to create a stimulating learning environment capable of empowering every employee to be the best they can be through knowledge acquisition and skill development. Our approach to learning is multi-faceted, with on-the-job trainings and targeted training paths, from business-critical to soft skills. We believe in blended learning, depending on the curriculum, and mix fully digitalised learnings with in-person sessions. Our business trainings are designed and led by our top managers and internal experts.
In 2023, we delivered 50,700 hours of training globally, representing an average of 19 hours per employee.
