URW’s International Graduate Program is an internationally recognised, one-year programme designed to give exceptional graduates exposure to multiple aspects of our Group’s business.

Over the course of one year, the programme places graduates in three different departments at URW, including one posting abroad. Graduates work on a range of dynamic challenges touching on urban regeneration and the transformation of retail, from operating our shopping centres to offering differentiating content and experiences to our customers or achieving our sustainable objectives – such as lowering the carbon footprint of our activities.

The IGP gives bold, ambitious graduates exposure to the many different aspects of our business, allowing you to gain crucial insights so you can determine the career path at URW that’s most stimulating for you.

You’ll be joining a network of passionate people from diverse backgrounds and different countries, learning from each other and collaborating to tackle some of the key challenges facing our industry. The programme is tailored to push you out of your comfort zone and to empower you to become a future leader.

Who can apply

1. In Europe, we recruit graduating Master’s degree students from top European universities, business and engineering schools who are fluent in English and ideally at least one of the following languages: Czech, Dutch, French, German, Polish, Spanish or Swedish.

2. In the US, we recruit recent college graduates from top US universities.
