#SMARTCITY: REINVENTING TOMORROW’S CITIES
We are proud to announce that five Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield team members have been recognized by the Institut Choiseul among the 200 French leaders under 40 who reinvent and transform our cities every day.
Marilyne Mesiano (Director of Leasing - Retail France), Géraldine Neyret-Gleizes (Former Director of Operating Management - Retail France), Charles Watine (Director of Investments - Offices France) and Pablo Nakhlé Cerruti (CEO of Viparis) were recognized in the Retail, Hospitality and Mobility category ; Bruno Donjon de Saint Martin (Managing Director Offices France, Hotels and Mixed-Use projects Europe) in the Investors and Consulting category.
This comes as a recognition of our leadership in the sector, and of our purpose as a Group: creating extraordinary and sustainable places to Reinvent Being Together. We participate in shaping and improving the cities in which we are present and have a major influence on how people live, work, shop, connect and are entertained. We aim to provide a seamless online-offline shopping experience, in an entertaining, contemporary and eco-friendly environment. We intend to make positive contributions to the social, environmental and economic well-being of our communities. Since 2016, we take action for more sustainable cities through our ambitious CSR programme Better Places 2030.
The Institut Choiseul is an independent think-tank dedicated to the analysis of contemporary strategic issues and international economic questions. The Institut Choiseul publishes an annual ranking of the 100 French economic leaders of tomorrow, which also featured Pablo Nakhlé Cerruti in 2019. The third edition of the “Choiseul Ville de demain” (Tomorrow’s cities) ranking has been published on September 14, in partnership with Business Immo.
