Sylvain joined Unibail in 2005, and as Group Director of Organization was responsible for the integration of Unibail and Rodamco following the merger in 2007. He joined the Group from Capgemini Consulting where he focused on the consumer goods and retail industries. He was appointed Executive Managing Director of Human Resources and a member of the Executive Committee in January 2021, having served as Group Director of Human Resources and Organization since 2014. Sylvain is Chief Resources and Sustainability Officer, and member of the Management Board, since January 2022.
